November 20, 2023 Council Summary

Treasurer Report – First CD is coming due, will be splitting deposits between checking and savings accounts.

Property Report – Need new contact for window well pours. City will trim the tree on the corner at no charge.

Congregational Life Report – Coats, scarves, gloves and hats collected were delivered for “Coats for Kids”. Angels are available to be taken from the Angel tree for families provided by Henry County Cares.

Education Report – Children are practicing for the Christmas Program. Judy Michaelis has made and donated Christmas stockings for the kids.

Doctrine & Worship Report – Advent through Epiphany theme will be “How does a Weary World Rejoice” by A Sanctified Art with a new banner made by students.

Finance Report – Members have been switching offering designation from Building Fund to Operating Fund.
